Chris and Taking the Strain Travel were absolutely incredible in helping deliver a stress free and relaxing holiday. Chris helped find the perfect location based on our specific and picky needs. He was understanding and sympathetic in what we wanted and why. After choosing the perfect place he was engaged throughout the booking and constant supportive communication to ensure all was going well. We were checked in online, booked our transfers and was calling them to make sure we were collected, even with delayed flights. We managed to get an upgrade to our room, and was left at ease when he checked us in for our return flights. I’ve never had a more relaxed and seamless holiday, thanks to the hard work from Chris, going well above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen or heard of from a travel agent. I have no reservations in going to Chris for any future holiday I have. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience, “taking the strain”, and allowing us to relax from start to end. Best Holiday Ever to Cuba
I was given Chris’s details from a friend as I was looking at booking a last minute holiday 2 weeks before we wanted to fly out. I sent Chris over the options we had seen and he asked for 48 hours to come back with other options. Chris managed to save me money and chose a destination we hadn’t thought of CUBA. He organised everything for us, checkin’s, transfers, excursions, restaurant bookings. He was always available and made the trip the best we have had so far. I won’t be going anywhere else for my holidays from now on.
